Procurement Shared Services
The Procurement Shared Services team is a recently created department following the LPP restructure. This department combines existing capability with our Procurement Officers together with the new roles and skills in Contract Management and Supplier Relationship Management.
The Procurement Shared Services team will be responsible for providing professional procurement advice and guidance to customers in advance of any technical support required from our category management teams. They will also support the LPP work streams with sourcing support, technical advice and procurement administrative services.
The newly formed Contract Management and Supplier Relationship Management teams will be pivotal in ensuring contractual compliance is met across all areas as well as implementing and monitoring supplier performance processes ensuring key metrics and targets are monitored and continually met.
